Otodus obliquus

FossilsOnline.com is proud to offer another world class specimen -- an associated set of Otodus obliquus. Associated sets of teeth from any shark are very rare items and not often offered on the open market. This piece has been painstakingly prepared to expose 58 teeth and a large vertebral centra still on the original matrix. The largest teeth measure 3 3/8" and the vertebral centra is 3 3/4" in diameter. There are 6 undeveloped teeth visible and several posterior teeth, so many positions in the jaw are present.

All the edges have been rounded so that it can be an attractive stand alone item . It's a truly amazing display and will be the centerpiece of any collection! It weighs nearly 70 pounds so shipping will be quoted. Note: This particular piece has already been sold, but if you are in search of a similar item be sure to contact us and let us know!
